Restaurante y pupuseria Lemus 4

My friend and I were craving pupusas & decided to try this place. It did not disappoint! The pupusas were perfectly cooked, flavorful, & filling. We had 2 each & and shared an order of fried plantains with cream & and beans, which were also delicious. We were so full but couldn't stop eating as it was so good! We will definitely be back to try other menu items. The table looked clean but seemed a little sticky. Next time, I'll just ask for it to be wiped down again.

I forgot to take pics cause I was starving but this was soooo delicious. I had the Pastelitos De Carne and 1 Cheese Pupusa with Tamarindo drink omg just too delicious! She needs to be featured on Diners Drive Ins & Dives with Guy Feiri!! Love this place I’ll be back for sure

Best pupusas in town! The food here is priced below market value, so if you can't afford a 2.99 pupusa you should probably stay home and cook, never had a bad experience here, and yes they speak English here, I don't speak a word of Spanish and my order is taken correctly the first time, I'm posting this in response to Myrna Rodriguez post, it's not okay to say the staff here don't speak any English, I been going here for years and the staff does not have an issue understanding me. Lastly look at her reviews she also gives the Venice family clinic 1 stars, it's a free clinic to less than fortunate individuals who have to choose either food or rent, if she can go out to eat she shouldn't been using services for the undeserved individuals. The Venice family clinic is a not for profit facilities and they don't deserve a bad review and neither does this food place.

Pupusas are amazingly delicious loved them excellent friendly and fast service. Fruit drink (ensalada) yummy will go back again

After coming to this place multiple times. This time it was the worst. Did a phone order, I was told in 20 minutes food would be ready.. After waiting one whole hour I dediced to cancel my order. No one even bothered to say how long without me having to go to the front counter and show my long face as I was already mad.Great customer service. Ordered for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant plenty of parking. Staff really friendly. Nice place... Pupusas were so delicious and cheesy

I was craving pupusas and was looking around for a new spot since all the ones around the south bay area are so so or haven't been so good. I called ahead to place my order. I ordered about 15 pupusas. When I arrived I checked in the counter and was given a 15 minute ETA for completion but i ended up getting my food in 10min. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised my pupusas were neatly packaged and were wrapped individually so they wouldn't get stuck to each other. The pupusas looked and smelled great. They were a little on the greesier side but I don't mind. I am usually not optimistic about the curtido (not sure if that's how you spell it lol) and the red sauce but let me tell you it was fire .. they were both done right and the Lemus restaurant was not stingy with the amount they gave out. The revueltas were really good and had a good mix of stuffing inside they were not stingy. The bean and cheese were also good and really cheesey my kids loved them. I will definitely be coming back for some more.
